We, again, are partnering with NAACP of Louisa for their Annual African American Heritage Festival, celebrating Juneteenth! It is being held at Moss-Nuckols Elementary School from 10am-4pm. LWV-CVA will have a table to help individuals get registered to vote and provide information.
